Pure, dead brilliant!

The Duke of Wellington statue in Royal Exchange Square Glasgow, not only commemorates his many military achievements which are too numerous to mention but also his little known victory over free flowing traffic with the invention of the "contra-flow" system as imposed on many of our roads to this day.
This is only commemorated in Glasgow (as far as I know) with this special traffic cone edition memorial.
