Light and Drama

The sea today was magnificent and I took almost a hundred photos, going cross-eyed looking at them and trying to choose just one, but it's getting late and Mike's made supper, so will go for this one, mainly because of the pigeon and the couple, and the light, of course.

We spent hours walking along the cliff tops, watching the huge waves crashing at all angles, creating rainbows along the edge of the spray. Apparently, yesterday they were even more dramatic, a result of the two storms we've had, Elsa and Fabien.

Gratefuls:
- this day, it was such a gift
- walking barefoot in the warm (!) sand on Praia Grande
- getting home safely, thanks, Mike!
