Profitetoles

Today was last minute jobs for Cheismas jobs such as housework, food shopping, general tidy up. This evening we went out to the local Beefeater for a meal for Adam's birthday I had battered mushrooms for starters followed by by smothered chicken and chips and finally Bailey's profiteroles YUMMY! but feeling tired and stuffed like the Christmas turkey.
