Bit of a blip bloop.
I should have taken this before slicing it up! It tastes better than it looks. A friend at the museum described this, one of his signature dishes.
(Sheet of baking paper, lattice streaky bacon, another sheet on top, roll out hard to squish, sliced chicken on top of bacon, beaten thin with the rolling pin, layer of sausage meat on top. He used a chorizo sausage down the middle. Roll up, tie with string, bake, glaze part way through with maple syrup. I used jam.)
