Gated community, Brentford

Except not, quite: there's a secret little path down some steps & you can walk along past a bunch of signs which say things like 'beware of the leopard', '10,000 volts', 'contaminated area' etc, and just walk into it. So, clearly, they can't actually stop people (they can stop vehicles) going in, but they really don't want nasty strangers in there: there might be, you know, poor people, different people (you know, different, different than us), possibly even ... me.

If I ever say I want to live in one of these places, kill me at once.
