Ribs

Pretty low key day again today. Had to drop my girls off early due to there mother already being in Manchester. Leaving a big gap in my evening and largely sapping any enthusiasm for the rest of the day.

These delicious ribs I slow cooked, in my own concocted marinade might I add, proved to be the highlight of an evening that was instantly forgettable. It's hard to keep my chin up. Must try harder.
