Oh So Quiet

Weird day today; there were still quite a few folks knocking the office, but the surrounding buildings (mostly being Uni and college buildings) were empty, giving everywhere a slightly eerie feel. I barely got any emails so I was able to catch up on a lot of stuff I'd been putting off, as well as giving my magazine files a bit of a spring clean. I ended up at the pub for lunch as I hadn't clicked that the cafeteria at the engineering college would be closed (d'oh!) but I'm not fussed about eating on my own, and I very much enjoyed stuffing my face with chicken fingers whilst listening to festive songs!
