Two Cakes

Traditional fruit cake on the left, with soya flour "marzipan" because son Mark is allergic to nuts, I've had to make cakes and puddings all his life. 
On the right a special cake for son Richard because he does not like fruit cake. This is a rocky road fridge cake set in a pudding bowl with white chocolate melted on the top.
