New rug?

Why is the packaging often more interesting than the contents? There was loads of bubble wrap but it wasn't very comfortable.
New sofa arrived courtesy of MrT. Took a wee bit of time to assemble but very happy with it. Not sure what Cooper thinks yet but I'm covering it with a throw tonight just in case he thinks it's for him.
