Addictive stuff, this going to the gym
For over 5 years I have always had a reason not to go back to the gym; too busy, long day, work to do, pub is calling etc but now I think I have caught the bug!
For 6 weeks now, apart from a blip when I had flu I have been at least 3 times a week and boy am I feeling the benefit.
Even today having left for work at 6am I have been, pushed myself hard and come away feeling great.
If nothing else the delayed onset of muscle soreness keeps me going every other day!
