Post Christmas yumminess

Among my lovely gifts from my in laws were these truly delicious mulled wine flavour drops. I am proper addicted to them and running out out an alarming rate. Anyone know if mulled wine products are available all year round or just during the festivities? I may have to introduce rationing.
