Merry Christmas

What a lovely non-Christmas day we’ve had! A leisurely start, some present opening (I did seriously well this year, chuffed to bits with my wee haul) and then some brunch.

Followed by our usual walk down to West Linton with the boys and a couple of drinks in the Gordon Arms. Non-alcoholic for me as I was driving back.

Home to pop the dinner on - bacon-wrapped goose for S (I had some too) and a rack of lamb for me. Then we watched possibly the most unChristmasy film you could imagine - Midsommar. We’re still laughing (nervously) about quite how disturbing it was. Have a feeling it’ll be revisited in the night - eek!
