Merry Christmas!

Finally some sunshine, and the joy of just the four of us being away is we only have to please ourselves. First things first though, stockings, it wasn't till after 9 though which isn't unusual for my kids on Christmas day. After breakfast we opened the rest of the gifts then headed out to enjoy the sunshine. The best place for me on a day like this is up high, so we headed over to Abergavenney to climb up Sugar Loaf mountain. The views didn't disappoint, 360 degrees of mountains and valleys, all the way to the Bristol channel. With the sunshine and very little breeze it was picnic weather at the top, C was just in her t-shirt for most of the walk.

Christmas dinner and a film this evening.
