The day after Christmas

...is apparently going to be a frenzy of sale shopping but not for me. I am going nowhere near shops other than to perhaps get some milk but l may just have black coffee and not bother.
A peaceful day of very little eating and no drinking is what l am prescribing for myself and others in this household.
