Forgotten coffee :-(

Milly and I went across to Sizergh Barn, first thing, as I wanted to pick up a Christmas present for the Minx and then I dropped her off at Carnforth station to take the train down to her mum's house near Lincoln.

After that, I went into Lancaster to meet Dan to help him with his Christmas shopping although it turned out that the was still in bed at his friend's house so I picked up a few bits and pieces before heading home to do my long run. (I am really feeling the couple of kilos I've put on recently!)

In the early evening, Dan and I went across to pick up Hannah from Oxenholme. I was feeling a little drowsy so I made myself a coffee to have in the car. Just as we were about to set off, I realised that I didn't have my phone and popped back into the house to get it. And left my coffee on the side.

I was so sad that I'd forgotten it, which I realised when we were a couple of miles away from the house.
