Boxing Day Dip

This morning was the annual Boxing Day Dip in Cromer to raise funds for charity, this year the Cromer Children's Charity. It was about 5C with a keen wind which was chilling for the many hundreds of spectators let alone the participants. The people in my main photo were the first in and they had been waiting at the start line for half an hour! Please also take a look at some other shots in my postcard Extra. Unsurprisingly the event itself only lasts a few minutes, but I wonder how long it took before those taking part had warmed up!!!
