Winter Light

Drove to the summer cottage just as the sun was going down. My wife had bought a new light chain, which we took into use. That together with the many candles and the lit bunny that she got from her godson for Christmas brought some light to the dark winter night. The small light in the middle of the picture shows the only other light visible - someone was also in the cottage at the opposite side of the lake.

The extra shows the view a bit earlier, without the light chain in place. Faint blue colour in the background indicates that some sunlight still exists. As you might see, there was also some snow on the ground.
