North Coast (Day 1694)
A much colder feel to the day today, despite the temperature being higher than yesterday. A lazy breeze seemed to cut straight through us all, biting at exposed skin.
The morning was spent watching clouds of drizzle sweep past the windows before bacon sandwiches for lunch. As the rain cleared up we took a trip out to Birsay for a mooch along the north coast. The sky was almost dramatic, but not quite.
On the way home we took a detour to the horses where I helped my beautiful wife put out some hay and change George's coat for a thicker one. Thankfully they have stayed where they were supposed to be today.
