Birthday party

We attended our first birthday party today. Fun times!!
Then we headed off to view a house which was filthy and had cracks taller than the girls in most walls and to think how much she wants for it?!?! Crazy. Bad sign was that little B nearly went down the stairs head first whilst there!! No thanks.
