Well Donald got the last laugh!
Anyone ever been to a funeral when they announce there is a fire downstairs and everyone must evacuate the building??
I was thinking- no shit Sherlock, a fire downstairs!!
Oh the irony.
Bless his little cotton socks, Donald was "our" Farrier for some 40yrs and I remember at least twice we had to evacuate our building as smoke from his kiln had set of the alarm!!
What a lovely lovely man and what a great sense of humour............. to the end!
I will miss your banter :-(
