Wet

Went for a very long walk 3 hours my hips are killing me.
On the way out the tide was in and high

On the way back it was almost out but not everywhere and I had to wait and think
15 minutes and it was doable .
Slow walk home.
Not feeling great
I. was when I was away. And looking after mrC.
