A frustrating morning trying to put money on my mobile phone. I tried twice yesterday with my laptop and waited for 10 minutes each time while a message said  'payment in progress, do not press F5 or the back button'.

Same again this morning so I tried by phone. Twice it told me I'd entered the wrong card details. I'd been very careful. 

So finally I downloaded the o2 app onto my phone and tried using that. Success :)

By that that time it was raining so it's a Christmas tree blip.
