Just a day late

Dinner tonight was a Boxing Day leftovers type of off the cuff and extremely tasty sausage meat plait. Made with the extra packet of pork stuffing (plus a few additions), which had been brought by Kathryn and Jon on Christmas Day and which we never got around to cooking. Very tasty it was too thank you and served with home made cranberry sauce.
We said goodbye to M & M today as they headed west to visit their other family. We had a pretty quiet day here, nice to rest for a while. I haven't crossed the threshold apart from to bring in the bins and shuffle cars! Another early night for me tonight though. I must be almost at the end of this bug!
