An annual race between two pubs that my club runs every year.... all profits to the local hospice

Sounds like a lovely race doesn’t.... nope!!! Up hill start and a brutal double hill on the home leg. Utterly brutal.

I was 14th which amazed me... I’m cycle fit but not done much run training

Now watching Chernobyl... terrifying
