Profile of a Prince

Thomas Worthington and Matthew Noble's (thank you Google) 1865 memorial to the then (and still!) late Prince Albert still stands proudly in the Prince's eponymous square under the watchful gaze of Manchester Town Hall. It may be old, but it still outshines some of the city's more modern (ahem...Piccadilly Gardens concrete monstrosity) architecture.
