The things you do with friends

I know this pic will not win prizes!! But what it represents is worth it's weight in gold and that is having a good laugh and a good time with friends - the family you choose.
Met up with friends from the hospice who are in a virtual walking group who have just completed walking round the USA. We counted our weekly steps then converted them into miles until we walked round the USA. Every so often we would have a party with a theme and our final party of this walk was the 80's.
It took us in total 1 year and 3 months to complete . A lot has happened in this short time, our own personal journey. But we did it all together step by step. The best bit of it all, is the friendship that has been made with them all. You canny beat it!!
