Kawaii

Lovely evening with my lovely friend. The last Friday of the year was busy with end of year parties. Not having booked a table, I refrained from saying I told you so! we we disappointed to find our favourite restaurants were either full or closed!

We ended up at the local British pub where we had a surprisingly good time! There was a fun gift exchange, jumbo g & t’s and dodgy pub food.

Ending the evening at what is becoming our favourite bar, we marveled at the range of Japanese 12 inch singles. This was the one playing as we sat down! Anything considered to be cute is popular in Japan. This extends to music and bands.
