Cheshire Run

One of my favourite runs is around the lake at the back of my mother in laws - perfect mixture of road, track, woodland and field.... Stayed over there last night to break driving up and despite the subzero temperatures got out of bed with a spring in my step to do this loop before braving the M6 home.... Much faster than last time too - progress, the Cotswold hills are working, decided being on the flat works wonders for my pace!
