Watching

Cleaned up a bit and sorted some items for charity shops in the morning, then went to my parents house for lunch. They get loads of birds on their balcony. Today it was only the blue tit family, but there must be at least 8 of them flying in and out of the garden.

I'm gradually getting the house sorted; but there is still a huge amount to do. But already it is feeling more organised. It won't all be done for the New Year, but I'll have the majority done. The problem is disposal of the rubbish. I only get a collection once a fortnight, and the next one isn't until after the New Year.
