Mezze

One of our Christmas presents was a recipe book of Middle Eastern mezze plus a delightful box full of specialist ingredients.

Mezze are meant to be small, light plates to share. However, I made this bean salad from the book as a one-dish lunch, shared by two.


It lived up to the description.
