Thank you so much for all your kind comments (yesterday's blip only posted earlier today) The problem seems to have settled - long may it remain so!

Today had a very slow start with a much needed catch up on lost sleep. Then a trip to a couple of shops to return some items (and to be tempted to buy chocolate which most definitely was not needed!). 

My blip is of a building which sits on the edge of Poole Harbour next to the RNLI headquarters. It's a block of apartments which, when seen from a distance, vaguely resembles a boat.
