Committment

What a day! 

We met with our friends (who have a boy L about the same age) to go an see "The Legend of the Jazz Penguin" at the Theatre by the Lake.  We were early so we went to throw some stones in the water first - something CyclopsJnr was fully committed too.

The show was great with plenty of audience participation, and we had a lovely lunch together afterwards.  There was a lot of playing with Lego Ninja spinners, some falling flat in the mud, and finally a trip to the park.  Over an hour and a half the boys built snowmen out of sand, chased around, spun, bounced, slid, flew and generally had a great time.  They were down to t-shirts while the grownups shivered in anoraks!

A thoroughly successful day - thanks to all for organising/joining in etc.
