Toys and laughter

Today was toy library day in Edinburgh. I'd actually never heard of such a place until recently. It's great. The place is full of toys which means lots of happy kids! Nice coffee and good chit chat with other mums.

This evening was life group. Lots of discussions and laughter. Ok, we did actually have one or two serious moments.

Laughter is wonderful medicine! I love when I laugh so hard I can't stop and then the more I want to stop the more I laugh. Too funny! It seems to be happening more the older I get. One of my favourite C.S Lewis quotes is "Joy is the serious business of Heaven". I'd have to agree. I never want to get so serious that laughter is something that happens less instead of more.
