Oh Christmas tree

Another day being unwell, it’s my sister’s birthday and we had plans to have her and my niece up to stay and we were going to the theatre to see fascinating Aida but all had to be cancelled, my sister is also unwell, so many people seem to be ill at the moment!

Max and his mum and Gulliver went off to Max’s aunt‘s house where Gulliver and great uncle Mike had a jam, Mike is a fantastic jazz pianist, he has a grand piano, an organ and a keyboard, Gulliver took his electric guitar and amp with him, Max kept me entertained by sending me snippets of video, so that was good and wouldn’t have happened had I not been unwell.

I watched a very touching movie called Maudie starring Sally Hawkins and Ethan Hawke, a true story about a Canadian artist.

When everybody was back home we watched once upon a time in Hollywood, the latest Tarantino movie which Max bought me for Christmas, excellent, we are big Tarantino fans in this house.
