WHEN LIFE GIVES YOU LEMONS

l had a surfeit of cream so decided to make Lemon Mousse.

I forgot to put the cream in.

I realised at the last moment, scraped the mousse back in the mixing bowl, whipped up the cream and whisked it in as best I could.

A bit lumpy but It will taste the same hopefully.
