Lake

Went for a slow walk today around one of the lakes at Rickmansworth Aquadrome. Still conscience that I'm healing so I didn't overdo it. I must admit it was nice to get out and get some fresh air. I will try for another walk tomorrow. Pleased that there was no obvious issues showing through the dressings, so I will keep pushing the distance day by day.

I resume my duties as Shift Leader at Samaritans from tomorrow. I have taken on a few shifts this week to help them out.

Also tomorrow, back to the surgery to get my dressings changed.
