Chirk Castle

This afternoon Chris and I visited Chirk Castle for a quick look at the decorations and a walk around the garden. I go there a lot with school but it was nice to wander around without a class of children to worry about! The decorations are lovely and depict fairy stories. I preferred them to thd trees at Powis that we visited before Christmas. I'd definitely recommend a visit if you have time before 5th January.
