Jeezo, this is one rough bit of tarmac. To be fair tho', resurfacing the road going down to the old abandoned hospital at Rosslynlee Hospital is hardly likely to be high on the list of priorities at Midlothian Council. Didn't do a great deal of good for my sore leg however. Nor did the Lanzarote-strength wind that I was battling. I cut my ride short and came home for coffee and pastries. Then went off down to Cramond for a stroll. All good.

Football - Hull won, Liverpool are winning. All good (again).
