Kate's Birthday

We met up for lunch with an old colleague and friend (some 40 odd years) and her daughter to discover that it was daughter Kate's birthday, so the lunch turned into a bit of a celebration.

The starter was Radis au Beurre and Savoury Madeleines.  The radishes were presented on a bed of ice cubes and were lovely.
