Glorious mud

Visiting my dad and escorted him to a doctors appointment yesterday. Long story but no particular outcome as yet - positive or negative! But an upside was that I saw a poster advertising a new local Parkrun.
So I was up bright and early for a 2k trot along the road to do a 5k muddy run round a lake. It was quite a tough one - I’m not used to running on grass/mud! And I could add various other excuses for my slow time.
