Imber
Another jaunt on Salisbury Plain today, again in areas that the public can't normally access.
This is the village of Imber, where the inhabitants were all evicted in 1943 to allow troops to train. The land was never given back, and troops still train there today. The church (extra) is still looked after and is open to the public around Easter and Christmas.
It was busy today - lots of people took the opportunity to explore the village.
