Work was a denier of opaques.

Lunchtime stroll to get a rucksack cover to make me visiable and with Tractor man to get soem wool.

Ran to football later than expected with the Just Running chap, nice pace and chat, he looks better in lycra.

It was very cold at coaching, I started with the 8 year olds and had great fun. I did a drill that we used to do with eco daughter's team, she thought it would be a disaster but they got it and loved it.

Moved onto the 15 for last part of the evening, requested a lift home as I was cold.

Eco daughter is due for an operation tomorrow, she is starved from midnight so wnated a big supper, spaghetti bolonaise for the youngster. 'How do I know the pasta is ready?' she asked.

'Throw it against the wall and if it sticks it is ready' was the reply.

She could not wait for the pasta to boil and our wall had one line of perfectly cooked pasta on it.
