Lancaster canal

The rest of the country is freezing and covered in snow, if the news is to be believed. I went for a walk as it was so lovely and discovered this. Lovely.

An interesting morning. The council came to remove some large, overgrown trees from the coppice at the back. It was exciting watching them. Even when a huge branch accidentally fell, smashing one of our fence panels...
