Frosty morning

After an early swim I drove to Seaford to meet Karen. We had planned to go out for breakfast with our husbands but Martin has succumbed to man flu. We had a walk along the seafront to see the recent chalk fall at Splash Point. The promenade was busy with dog walkers and young families. My blip was going to be the swimmers in the sea watched by people sat in deckchairs. Karen has chosen the same image so I’ve plumped for the frost. Great minds!

Once we’d said our farewells, I visited my sister at work in Newhaven, did a quick shop then visited my other friend Karen.
