Under a Cloud of Colour

Évora's main Giraldo square in party mode. Wandered around, loving the holiday atmosphere, waiting for Mike, who was buying a door and a pressure reducing valve for the caravan, so our guests can use the shower without bursting the pipes.

Discovered that the Brazilian photographer, Sebastião Salgado's Genesis exhibition was being displayed in the other main square, by the Roman temple, so we walked up there to look. The fierce sunshine slanting across the display added to it, I thought. We loved some of the photos, here's a review by The Guardian for its premiere in London several years ago, and here's Mike's Blip of me looking at it.

Gratefuls:
- stunning sunshine, everything looks so beautiful these days
- happening to be able to see this exhibition, what a privilege in our small corner of the world
- that our world is - still - so incredibly stunning, and the dedicated photographers who capture it for us
