Ottolenghi

Tonight my daughter and her boyfriend cooked dinner. They are great fans of an Israeli - English chef called Yotam Ottolenghi. So tonight instead of salmon cooked in the micro we were served up with one of his dishes : Pan fried salmon with a pine nut salsa. They also did interesting things with some brussel sprouts and a sweet potato they found in the fridge. Very tasty.
