This means I give him the jobs I don’t want to do, like coating 3kg of meat in marinade. The marinade smelt great though and will work its magic over 12 hours. Failed attempt at a tarte tatin- I said to Betty that caramel is a cruel mistress.
We went to the Broons late afternoon for a great dinner followed by some games.
Back home I had two more go’s at caramel before delegating this to my sous chef.
