Empanadas

Empanadas and wine (Haurpe Vista Flora Terroir Bonarda Petit Verdot 2014).

Tonight for dinner we brought some empanadas and a bottle of wine back to enjoy in our room. I’m surprised its taken us this long to have empanadas on this trip... they were delicious. I have been on the lookout for a Bonarda (actually the Douce Noir grape) to try since we arrived, and we finally came across one in a well stocked wine shop. It is a truly lovely wine. (We also got a Luigi Bosca Malbec for later.)
