Winter ends just as sure as recessions come and go.

You know how opponents of financial stimulation packages say that our children will be in debt for the rest of their lives paying off the financial indiscretions of the government blah blah.... Well who will they be in debt to? Who are we getting the money from? Not the banks surely! Maybe someone's getting rich - not me.
