Sunset number 538

Last night's sunset was incredible but I missed it so, as it was such a beautiful day today, I went and had a look at tonight's. Perhaps not as spectacular but still stunning.

Had friends round for supper this evening so spent most of the day tidying, shopping and cooking. Made raw veg spring rolls followed by a sweet potato and lentil bake, which was from Nigel Slater's latest, Greenfeast. Dessert was some fruit and coconut yoghurt - my friends are vegan, hence the veg heavy menu. They seemed to enjoy it all, especially the spring rolls, and it was a lovely evening all round.

Also found out that I passed the first assessment of the cipd today, so that was a bit of good news! Only another 11 months and seven more assessments to go....
